Communications Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

MR DIY Group is seeking a motivated and resilient Communications Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing flexibility and convenience. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in communication or related fields.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to increase brand awareness and engage with our target audience - Create compelling content for various channels including social media, website, email newsletters, and press releases - Monitor and analyze communication efforts to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with company goals - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to optimize communication strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in developing and executing successful communication campaigns - Strong presentation skills and ability to adapt communication style to different audiences - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
