Job Description:

AirAsia Group Berhad is seeking a passionate and motivated Communications Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to start their careers in the communications field. The Communications Specialist will work from home, providing support to our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies to promote the AirAsia brand. 2. Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms. 4. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. 5. Assist in managing media relations and press inquiries. 6. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to stay up-to-date on the latest communication techniques. 7. Provide general administrative support to the communications team as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms. 6. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
