Job Description:

Maxis Berhad is currently seeking a motivated and resilient Online PR Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing our online presence and maintaining positive relationships with the public through various online platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement online PR campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. 2. Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner. 3. Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and other online channels. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align online PR efforts with overall marketing strategies. 5. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of online PR campaigns, making recommendations for improvement. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online PR.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in online PR or a related field. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Excellent planning and organizational skills. 5. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
