Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Maxis Berhad is seeking a part-time Online Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices - Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all channels - Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner - Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions

Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability - 2+ years of experience in social media management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
