Job Description:

MR DIY Group is currently seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a part-time Public Relations Associate in our George Town, Penang location. As an Entry Level PR Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of PR campaigns, maintaining relationships with media outlets, and supporting the overall PR strategy of the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and executing PR campaigns to promote the company and its products. 2. Maintain relationships with media outlets and pitch stories to secure coverage. 3. Assist in drafting press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials. 4. Monitor media coverage and report on PR activities to management. 5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. 6. Assist in organizing and managing PR events and press conferences. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and news to identify opportunities for PR initiatives.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and energetic individual with a passion for public relations. 2. Strong teamwork and leadership skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
