Remote Pr Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote PR Associate to join our team at Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad. This part-time Associate Level position is based in Kuala Lumpur, MY and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the reputation of the company - Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and other key stakeholders - Write press releases, statements, speeches, and other communication materials - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation - Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends - Plan and execute press events, interviews, and other media opportunities - Assist in crisis communications management when necessary

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field - Proven experience in public relations, preferably in the finance or banking industry - Strong people management skills and ability to work effectively in a team - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office and media monitoring tools
