Pr Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated PR Associate to join Petron Malaysia in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an entry-level position, this role will involve various responsibilities in supporting the Public Relations team.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing PR campaigns and strategies. 2. Write and edit press releases, speeches, and other PR materials. 3. Maintain relationships with key media outlets and journalists. 4. Monitor media coverage and prepare reports. 5. Assist in organizing events and press conferences. 6. Conduct research on industry trends and competitors. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging. 8. Handle incoming media inquiries and requests.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field. 2. 1 year of experience in PR or related field. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Strong organizational and time management skills. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Innovation and research skills. 7. Passion for the industry and a drive to succeed.
