Remote Pr Associate

Job Description:

IJM Corporation Berhad is seeking a Remote PR Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This part-time position is perfect for someone at the Associate level with at least 3 years of experience in public relations.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute public relations campaigns to promote the company's brand and messaging - Write press releases, articles, and other content for media outlets - Pitch stories to journalists and secure media coverage - Monitor media coverage and prepare reports for management - Assist in organizing and coordinating events, press conferences, and other PR activities - Build and maintain relationships with media contacts - Assist in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure PR strategies align with overall marketing goals

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field - Proven experience in public relations, preferably in a remote setting - Hardworking and driven attitude - Excellent time management skills - Strong presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms
