Remote Pr Associate

We are looking for a dynamic Remote PR Associate to join our team at IHH Healthcare Berhad. As a part-time position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, this is an entry-level role perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in public relations or related fields.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company's image and brand awareness - Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communications materials - Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers - Monitor media coverage and analyze results to improve future PR campaigns - Assist in organizing events, press conferences, and other PR activities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency across all communications channels

Requirements: - Energetic personality with the ability to work independently and take initiative - Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage people effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience in social media management and content creation is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
