Job Description:

Media Prima Berhad is currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a PR Associate working from home. This position is part-time, entry-level, and requires no prior experience. As a PR Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the public relations and communications team in promoting the company's brand and initiatives.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute PR campaigns to enhance the company's reputation - Draft press releases, pitch stories to media outlets, and coordinate interviews - Monitor media coverage and social media channels for relevant news and trends - Assist in organizing events, press conferences, and promotional activities - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists and influencers - Track and analyze PR metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels

Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think creatively and innovate PR strategies - Strong persuasion skills to engage with stakeholders effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms - Bachelor's degree in PR, communications, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
