Job Description:

Maxis Berhad, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a part-time PR Associate to work from home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level PR professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining the company's public image.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns to enhance the company's brand and reputation - Create press releases, media kits, and other materials to pitch to media outlets - Cultivate relationships with journalists and influencers to secure media coverage - Monitor and analyze media coverage to track the success of PR efforts - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure PR initiatives are aligned with overall marketing strategies - Handle crisis communications and manage any negative publicity effectively - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities for PR initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field - Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media placements - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Resilient and dedicated work ethic - Excellent project management skills - Highly adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
