Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our team at Hartalega Holdings Berhad as a Social Media Manager in George Town, Penang, MY on a part-time basis. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor social media analytics to track performance and optimize strategies - Manage social media accounts and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all channels - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements: - Motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in the role - Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills - Soft skills in persuasion and negotiation - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools - Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus
