Remote Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Malaysia Airlines Berhad is currently seeking a part-time Remote Social Media Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in social media management. We are looking for someone who is driven, adaptable, and possesses strong teamwork and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and feedback, and respond in a timely and professional manner - Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other departments to align social media strategies with overall business objectives - Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in social media management - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work independently and remotely
