Social Media Manager

Job Description:

SIRIM Berhad is seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, independent, possess strong critical thinking skills, and excel in people management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives - Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 1 year of experience in social media management or a similar role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus
