Social Media Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

AirAsia Group Berhad is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to work from home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a part-time Associate level position, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing the company's social media platforms and creating engaging content to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand presence and visibility - Manage and monitor all social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, stories, and ads - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to ensure maximum engagement - Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling visuals and graphics for social media campaigns - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Work closely with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase brand awareness and reach - Stay current on industry news and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in social media management or related field - Passionate and hardworking individual with a strong desire to succeed - Strong planning and organizational skills - Innovative thinker with a creative approach to social media content - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficient in social media analytics and reporting tools - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
