THE POSITION: Business Operations Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Executive to join our growing team and play a vital role in optimizing our sales processes and driving revenue growth. Reporting to the Sales Operations Director, you will be responsible for streamlining operations and providing valuable insights to empower our sales team and maximize their success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Review and process merchant contracts and onboarding forms as well.


• Helping create merchant profiles in system backend, onboarding of merchant and packages details.


• Providing merchants backend system training and customer education.


• Focus on building, collaborating with, and maintaining relationships with BD team cross countries for different BUs.


• Assist in customer service and other tasks assigned by superiors.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field 


• Proficient in Office software (Excel), document processing and is equipped with data management skills 


• Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills 


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Fluency in Chinese and good English communication skills
