Customer Service Executive - Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Asist the Centre Manager in managing the daily operations of the Learning Centre.
• Create a warm and comfortable environment for students and parents.
• Ensure safety and care of students.
• Schedule classes and timetable.
• Attend, respond and manage customer enquiries and requests.
• Front desk and administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Preferabliy with experience in the relevant field. Otherwise, on-the-job training will be provided.
• Love to interact with children and their parents.
• Ability to communicate well in English and Mandarine
• Centre Location: Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur
• Must willingly to work on Sunday (9.00am to 6.00pm)

 

Work Schedule:
