Job Description
• Responsible for all day-to-day payment administrative functions and collaboration with Finance and vendors.
• Support monthly payroll processing, ensuring payroll deadlines are met.
• Work with employees across the organization and external teams to ensure proper processing of payroll.
• Assisting in the troubleshooting and investigation of payment issues and making appropriate corrections.
• Run ad-hoc requests to extract payroll data when it’s needed.
• Support ad hoc and regular management reporting on all payroll-related information.
• Safeguard and ensure confidentiality of HR and payroll data.
• Compliance - ensure policy, system features, work process, exceptional handling and reference documents are compliance to business and statutory requirements.
• Subject matter expert for process, work instruction, policy, and exception
Requirement:
• Degree in Human Resource Management. Postgraduate in Business Management would be advantageous.
• Minimum 1 years of HR & Payroll Administration experience.
• Systematic with ability to initiate improvement & driving HR initiatives.
• Experience in the initial setting up and managing operations of a Shared Service Centre / Outsourcing
• Project and Change Management experience would be advantageous
