HWO Supervisor/ Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HWO Supervisor/Operator to service one of a number of upcoming projects in 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for on site supervision for a team of HWO Operators.

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the HWO Service Leader
• Provide direct onsite supervision and leadership to a team
• Implement safe and efficient work procedures
• Maintain accurate records of work performed
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
• Prepare and submit reports to management
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years experience with HWO
• Malaysian candidate will be prioritized
• A strong understanding of HWO equipment and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proven ability to lead and motivate a team
