Internship - Immediate Start - Part-Time

Role Overview:

As an Administrative Intern, you will work closely with our administrative team to support various aspects of our operations such as in billing, accounts, warehouse and logistics team. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
• Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.
• Help maintain organized files and records.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the administrative team.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program (preferred majors: Business. Administration, Management, or related field).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
