Job Description:

Overview: We are seeking a Part-Time AI-Powered Customer Success Consultant to join our innovative team, leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance customer engagement within our real estate education programs. This role is ideal for university students who are passionate about real estate investment, funnel marketing, and AI automation applications. The successful candidate will use AI tools to optimize the customer journey and increase the effectiveness of our educational offerings. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Promotion: Actively promote and sell our real estate solutions, leveraging AI to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
• Customer Engagement: Provide top-notch support and guidance through our educational webinars and resources, ensuring a high-quality, engaging experience for all participants, particularly those from Mandarin-speaking regions.
• AI Integration: Collaborate with our AI team to implement and optimize automation tools that enhance customer interactions and streamline engagement processes.
• Data Analysis: Regularly analyze customer interaction data to identify trends, adjust strategies, and improve the effectiveness of AI tools in achieving customer success.
• Feedback Loop: Serve as a liaison between customers and the product team, delivering feedback and insights that help tailor our offerings to better meet customer needs.
• Community Building: Foster a strong sense of community among participants by managing and nurturing leads within our WhatsApp group and other platforms, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in  related fields, with a strong interest on digital technologies.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in customer success, AI technology, and/or sales strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data related to customer engagement and success.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information in a virtual setting. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to communicate effectively with our Mandarin-speaking clientele from China and Taiwan.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently on a flexible schedule.
