• You will provide advice and assistance to users on the usage of simple functional features of application
• You will be responsible for performing first level troubleshooting support for problems related to application systems
• Research prospective customers to problem solve challenges and recommend products of company
• Supporting clients after sale, identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer.
Requirements:
• Details knowledge and experience in coordinating with different clients to provide technical support, investigate and fix issues on client’s system during integration phase.
• Must be able to write English & Mandarin.
• Candidates have at least 1 to 2 years working experience in relevant field will be an added advantage
• Able to work on Weekend and Public Holiday
• Students are encouraged to apply.
• Training provided.
• Working time (2AM-6AM / 6AM-10AM / 10AM- 2PM / 2PM-6PM / 6PM-10PM / 10PM-2AM)
