Part Time Event Promoter - IOI Mall Puchong

PRISM+ is hiring Part-Time Promoter to promote PRISM+ products and deliver a memorable retail experience to customers for upcoming TikTok Super Brand Day at IOI Mall Puchong from 26 - 30 November 2025.

Event Dates: Wednesday - Sunday, 26 - 30 November 2025

Event Time: 10:00am - 10:00pm

Salary: RM100/day + Commission + Food

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales target of the store.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Build rapport and customer loyalty.
• Proactively follow-up on customer queries and needs.
• Responds positively to customer complaints.
• Uses product promotions to drive sales.
• Actively collects competitor information and communicates this upwards for appropriate decision making.
• Take part in the training to obtain in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively.
• Ensure that visual merchandising standards are adhered to all times.
• Report sales efficiently and maintain a high standard of accuracy.

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu
• Willingness to learn
