Role: Partnerships Support Coordinator (Part time- 8 months contract)

Note-This is a part-time contracted role (5 hours per day).
This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between working from home and our office. Typically, employees are expected to work 2 days in the office per week.

As a Partnerships Support Coordinator, this is what you’ll be doing:
At QS, we're driven by our mission to empower motivated people around the world to fulfil their potential through education. The Partnerships Support Coordinator plays a meaningful role in that mission by helping ensure the smooth financial operations that support our global partner ecosystem.
In this part-time role, you’ll contribute to the systems and processes that keep our partnerships running effectively, from supporting agent payments to maintaining accurate financial updates that enable recruitment partners, and students to move forward confidently.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organised, detail‑focused work and wants to gain hands-on experience within an international education environment. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across regions and functions, learn how global education operations work behind the scenes, and help ensure that our partners receive timely, accurate support.

Role responsibilities:
The Partnerships Support Coordinator will provide daily operational and administrative support to the Partnerships & Revenue team, ensuring smooth coordination across financial tracking, agent communication, and internal process updates. This role is designed to assist the Partnerships & Revenue Specialist and Partnerships & Revenue Manager during periods of peak workload and team coverage needs.
- Responding to partner inquiries
-Directing queries to the correct internal stakeholders
-Following up on agent payment matters or outstanding requirements
