Responsibilities:

Develop, plan and executing on marketing strategy for our client: Support the development, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns across all internal and external channels that advance the company's mission, business and marketing priorities, and culture; Drive localization of global marketing efforts

Drive content creation across channels: Developing and executing a best-in-class suite of marketing & internal-external communication materials; Provide coordination, writing, and editing support for marketing collateral and materials, including but not limited to venture marketing and communications, venture case studies, employer brand content, blog articles, website content, and more

Support strategic priorities and special projects: Support the company's participation in - and sponsorship of - global company and third-party events; Conceptualize, plan and execute employer branding campaigns and communications across key communication channels to both internal employees and external public; Work with global marketing teams to publicize our client SEA activities to the wider our client community

Maintain and manage a library of marketing materials: Ensure marketing-related materials are documented and put in place with constant iteration; Develop KPI frameworks to track, evaluate and report on campaign performance to inform future campaign optimization

Requirement:

8+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a digital, technology or professional services firm

Ability to make independent decisions within existing guidelines, advising more junior team members and non-marketers

Skilled in developing, supporting, and executing successful marketing and communications strategies. Able to transform creative ideas into impactful campaigns across multiple audiences and platforms

Highly organized with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong planning and project management capabilities
