Parts Clerk - Part-Time

•Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
•1 years’ of working experience in related operations clerical work field
•Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with positive attitude
•Able to work with minimum supervision
•Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu
•Establish good rapport with customers and visitors.
Responsibility :
•Prepare invoices and send invoice to customer via Pos/courier/email.
•Monitoring of daily job
•Job opening and prepare parts for mechanic
•Generate purchase requisition for local purchase
•Ensuring that all documents are updated within the month
•Execute quotations requirements from customers
•Handle and respond to email.
