Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Maxis Berhad is currently seeking a confident and passionate Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity for remote work. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners - Create and present business proposals to potential clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project implementation - Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize business development strategies - Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record in business development or sales - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong people management and teamwork skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
