Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Dialog Group Berhad is currently seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients - Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain existing relationships - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials - Build and maintain a network of contacts within the industry to generate leads and referrals - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase our products and services - Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market - Assist in the development of business proposals and contracts for new projects

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and energetic personality traits - Strong adaptability and project management skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with conducting market research and analyzing data - Ability to travel for client meetings and conferences as needed
