Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Associate to join our team at Boustead Holdings Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for someone with 1 year of experience. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and helping to drive business growth.

Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and potential clients - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners - Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for clients - Assist with the creation of marketing materials and presentations - Attend networking events and conferences to represent the company - Provide feedback and insights to help improve products and services - Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in business development or a related field - Motivated and confident personality traits - Strong cooperation and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
