Job Description:

Digi.Com Berhad is seeking a dedicated and resilient Business Development Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the field of business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the growth of our business through innovative strategies and strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities - Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives - Assist in creating and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders - Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Provide support in negotiating and closing business deals

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Prior experience in business development is a plus - Must be innovative and have strong strategic planning skills
