Remote Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a Remote Business Development Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue. 2. Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth. 3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute business development initiatives. 5. Prepare and present proposals and pitches to prospective clients. 6. Monitor and report on sales and business development activities. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Motivated and hardworking. 5. Emotional intelligence and leadership skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
