Business Development Associate

Job Description:

As a Business Development Associate at Sime Darby Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of the company through strategic planning and business development initiatives. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners - Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives - Monitor and evaluate the success of business development efforts - Provide regular updates and reports to management on progress and outcomes

Requirements: - Independent and energetic individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong planning and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of achieving business development targets - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
