Business Development Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a passionate and confident Business Development Associate to join our team. This is a part-time remote position, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from home. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion - Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners - Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure new business deals - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of new projects - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making - Track and report on sales performance and KPIs

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in business development or sales - Strong emotional intelligence and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong organizational and time management skills
