Online Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Berjaya Corporation Berhad is seeking an Online Business Development Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in online business development. We are looking for a hardworking and adaptable individual with strong persuasion and negotiation skills to help drive our online business growth.

Responsibilities: 1. Identify and develop new online business opportunities for the company. 2. Build and maintain relationships with key online partners and vendors. 3. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify potential areas for growth. 4. Develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales. 5. Monitor and analyze online sales performance and make recommendations for improvement. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure online business objectives are met. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online business development. 8. Assist in the development and implementation of online sales campaigns and promotions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in online business development or a related field. 3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. 4. Proven track record of driving online sales growth. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online analytics tools. 8. Experience working with online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
