Online Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Online Business Development Associate to join our team at Hilton in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals with no prior experience but a strong desire to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential online business opportunities for Hilton in the Malacca City area - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for online growth - Manage online customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Develop and maintain relationships with online partners and affiliates - Analyze online business trends and provide recommendations for improvement - Assist with the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns - Support the overall online business development efforts of the team

Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality - Strong people management and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of online business trends and best practices - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online tools - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
