Online Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Maxis Berhad, located in Malacca City, Melaka, MY, is seeking a part-time Online Business Development Associate to join our team. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in business development. The successful candidate will be adaptable, independent, possess strong people management and problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to drive online business growth - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online channels - Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction - Analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential areas for growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies - Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field - 2+ years of experience in online business development - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Knowledge of online marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms
