Online Business Development Associate

Job Description:

As an Online Business Development Associate at Celcom Axiata Berhad in George Town, Penang, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our online business. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing creative marketing initiatives to increase online sales. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to drive online sales growth - Develop relationships with potential partners and negotiate partnership agreements - Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement marketing campaigns to drive online traffic and sales - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of online business initiatives - Create detailed business development plans and present to senior management for approval - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online business development

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in online business development or e-commerce - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Reliable and confident personality traits - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates - Relocation allowance for candidates willing to relocate to George Town, Penang - Vision insurance provided
