DTS Sales Admin Analyst

Job Description:

Responsible of sales budget and tools management for DTS Channel. Key user of the sales modules of DTS systems.

What are we looking for?

• Engineering or Bachelor’s degree focused on Finance or Administration.
• Main MLC's: action oriented, optimizes work processes, ensures accountability.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• DTS budget management and visibility: Responsible for overseeing DTS budget allocation, including generating Purchase Orders, conducting budget reviews in collaboration with the S&F team, and managing accruals to ensure accurate financial tracking.
• Tools administration : Administering the procurement of uniforms and safety equipment, managing cell phone lines, and overseeing gasoline expenses to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
• Master Data Management: Key user of DTS systems for all Sales Modules, including maintaining SKUs, updating price lists, and conducting testing of new systems to enhance functionality and efficiency.

• DTS governance stakeholder: Playing a key role in DTS governance by consolidating and providing visibility into incidents, ensuring prompt resolution and proactive risk management.
