Finance IT Project Manager M/F

The Finance IT Project Manager will report to the Finance IT Director and will have as primarily responsibilities: • Organize and lead project meetings, other regular project follow-up meetings and escalations .
• Prepare high level and detailed project plans, monitor project activities regularly basis and report to Finance ID Director
• Team management: Daily management of the Finance IT Project Team: Finance IT project Officer/Analyst
• Understand financial accounting, operational finance and business processes, pain points, challenges and priorities to be able to propose innovative solutions for the business .
• Analyze and Propose "best practices" to automate, optimize, simplify and secure business processes for the sake of business efficiency and value creation
• Spearheaded the harmonization and implementation of our core finance systems, streamlining the FF Finance Core model processes and improving efficiency in our different tools ( OPS/FIN/BI)
• Participate in special projects and duties as assigned by management such as ERP implementation or any other Group or LoB project and perform the research, validation, testing and documentation as required
• Design, validate and maintain the Finance stream of our BI solutions
• Validate new system enhancements and perform risk assessment for the implementation in CW1 with relation to Finance processes and system configuration
• Document, update and share all Finance processes
• Provide Support to FF Finance FF Key Users ( Local, Regional, HQ).

Applicant's profile

• Bachelor degree with minimum 10 years of experience in Logistics and project management
• Fluent in English (written and verbal);
• Deep understanding of FF Finance Core Processes and Finance Systems ( AX, Basware, Qliksense)
• Experience in Cargowise system, both finance processes and system configuration
• Great level of understanding on Financial Accounting and Controlling business processes
• Project Management Experience
• Strong financial analysis skills, detailed oriented with expert knowledge of accounting procedures
• Highly proficient PC skills including; Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
• International experience and mind-set
• Ability to design and deploy application roadmaps, with solid technical and functional landscape
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Experience crafting effective monthly story-telling materials, weekly/monthly performance decks and financial management materials
• Problem solving, decision making, negotiation and conflict management skills are needed in day to day job
• Organization, time management, delegation, forward planning and strategic thinking skills are needed to drive the team and activities successfully to the target
