We are currently searching for a SAP SuccessFactors Tech Consultant :

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize high-level programming languages such as ASP .Net, SQL, C#, HANA, SAP SuccessFactors for engineering and development purposes.
  • Collaborate across multiple disciplines within a corporate IT environment to deliver projects meeting customer needs.
  • Fulfill Operational/Technical Support Service Management/DevOps role adhering to ITIL framework .
  • Engage in customer service and business management roles.
  • Navigate EY matrix effectively.
  • Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate end-to-end understanding of the IT lifecycle.
  • Champion ITIL support processes and implement them effectively.
  • Manage application services and client/supplier relationships in a technology environment.
  • Negotiate with business partners and manage customer expectations.
  • Develop strategic plans and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
  • Exhibit good financial and people leadership skills.
  • Build and maintain productive customer relationships.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science and/or a business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in engineering/development using high-level programming languages.
  • 3+ years of corporate IT experience delivering projects.
  • 3+ years of corporate IT experience in Operational/Technical Support Service Management/DevOps role within the ITIL framework.
  • Significant experience in customer service and business management roles.
  • Experience in a professional services industry (preferred).
  • Certifications in industry practices such as ITIL, BPM, and SAP SuccessFactors Certification.
  • High-level understanding of service line business processes and application landscape.
  • Ability to navigate the organizational matrix at EY .
  • Basic understanding of data modeling and project management.

Desired:

  • Certifications in additional industry practices.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Good executive presence.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and roadmaps.
  • Knowledge and experience with ORACLE and SQL *Server databases.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Linux, SQL, Windows Domains, and Infrastructure Support .
  • Business analysis experience.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and financials.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
