Want to be hands on and build a new business to help Rest of LATAM merchants sell in another country?
Amazon Global Selling (AGS) is seeking for a talented, smart, and experienced Account Representative that will help LATAM merchants expand their business into the US marketplace and recruit new merchants from top export categories. The Account Representative will develop a sales pipeline mix of high value and transactional accounts; recruit and launch businesses to sell their products in Amazon US and manage the portfolio to grow their sales. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements. After the acquisition, the Account Representative will build the success of those accounts by providing business insights, training, support and seller education.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identify, qualify, acquire and grow seller commitment to Global Selling on Amazon program.
- Understand Seller needs, defining clear project plans and executing to high expectations in a rapidly changing environment.
- Identify and analyze data and anecdotal input from Sellers and support associates to identify and isolate issues, test solutions and prioritize competing program opportunities.
- Analyze customer data and make recommendations in order to maximize the potential of assigned sellers. Execute successfully on the plan recommended.
- Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in your territory.
- Use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
- Prospect and close business to achieve quarterly quota targets for both the quantity and quality of sellers recruited.
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around the Global Selling experience. Key job responsibilities

- Prospect and close top business to achieve quarterly quota targets for both the quantity and quality of sellers recruited, while in partnership with program teams, enable self-service paths for sellers at scale.
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around the Global Selling experience. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Mexico City, DIF, MEX
- 7+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience
- Experience identifying trends and needs to improve an already closed large-scale technology deal
- +7 Years of experience in new Business Development
