Mission:

This position is accountable for inside sales of a broad range of technical products/solutions for Industrial Automation Offer reporting to a Sales Manager. It’s in charge of r espond ing to group of customers (portfolio) inquiries , sales opportunities and addresses the needs to meet sales objectives of industrial automation inside sales.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Follows set goals and objectives , executes establishes call plans and strategies and executes the inside sales plan.

  1. Applies market and account skills necessary for dealing with specific target audiences.

  1. Identifies and contacts potential customers or prospects, either existing or new.

  1. Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability/access, timely communication, placing accurate orders, tracking and expediting orders, and following up on accounts.

  1. Assists management in training inside Sales Support personnel on products/solutions/services application and pricing.


Qualifications

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Recent Grad and or +1 years of experience in selling products solution by phone, email and others digital tools.

Language

  • Fluency in Spanish and English mandatory
