Job Description

Key Activities/ Deliverables:

Create, design and develop Brand Strategy

Stablish Brand direction trough clear strategies, aligned to HKM strategic plan and vision

Align plans with data-based insights and solid consumer and market knowledge with extended team.

Define Monitor and analyze the market trends, coordinating with the market research team to generate new proposals

Work with cross-functional teams and suppliers for the fulfillment of strategies.

Equity Building through communication

Manage agencies to develop and execute insightful communication campaigsn

Delivers plans for on & off media

Activates initiatives focused on being close with consumers

Consumer Knowledge

Analise data form thrird parties to suggest action and plans according to consumers preferences

Monitor business results in market and bring solution to the table.

Portfolio & Product management / development.

Define and excute inno pipline aligned with strategic pillars

Drives monthly S&OP volume forecast for innovations, with deep analysis of internal and external data.

Manage situations that may arise within the product to ensure we are optimizing business profitability.

Accountable for brand / category P&L.

Plan, control, execute and report Budget.

Define budget needs according to strategic plan to guarantee support behind main initiatives

Review periodically the expenses done and the estimated future ones.

Competencies (experiences/ Education):

Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related.

+3 years Marketing experience in FGCG

Advanced English

Skills (Knowledge/ Capabilities):

People management to guide direct reports to deliver with excellence.

Database management

Intermediate Excel knowledge

Business Strategy - medium level

Brand building experience- medium level

Creative thinker

Knowledge and experience in media planning and buying - medium level

Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing communication campaigns, both on & off line - medium level

Highly motivated and result-oriented self-starter. With the capability to tolerate the high speed and pressure working load and intent to ask for chasing the high performance.
