Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement custom solutions within HubSpot using its development tools, API, and resources.
- Design advanced functionalities and custom modules to optimize our CRM strategies and enhance marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough audits and system optimizations to ensure peak efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Manage and streamline integrations between HubSpot and various platforms to improve our operational workflows.
- Play a crucial role in our marketing initiatives by leveraging HubSpot's capabilities for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance system usability and automate tasks, significantly reducing manual effort.
Requirements:
- Must hold a HubSpot Developer Certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency with HubSpot's development aspects, including custom modules, templates, workflows, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of HubSpot platform functionalities.
- Excellent command of the English language, both in written and verbal communication.
- Solid problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a high-energy environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful CRM and marketing automation projects is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HubL and Python is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with inbound marketing principles and practical application.
- Experience in managing multiple HubSpot environments, with additional certifications in HubSpot extending beyond the Developer Certification.
- Exposure to other marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
