• Manage leasing applications and communications.
• Handle document uploads to platforms like YouTube and AppFolio.
• Oversee the lease process from start to finish.
• Engage with prospects and update leasing metrics.
• Coordinate move-ins and create work orders from checklists.

We're Looking For:

• Experience in Property Management, ideally as a Leasing Administrator.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Tech requirements: Modern computer, high-speed internet, webcam, microphone, and a second monitor.
• Full-time availability during working hours, with a quiet home workspace.
