We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated and experienced Recruiter to our HR Department based out of our Juriquilla office.

On site: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Responsibilities:

• Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.

• Design, expand and manager training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual

• Deliver system training to existing staff, both one-on-one and groups sessions

• Develop effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees

• First month check-ins/skills analysis with new starters to provide follow-up systems training if required

• Set up and administer users in software applications

• Evaluate training and development programs, and prepare reports for management in areas such as usage, engagement and performance

• Trouble shoot systems issues

• Support the Systems Administrator on ad hoc projects as required including systems implementations, process improvement, data cleansing

Requirements

•4 years of experience in an Training & Development role will be an asset

• You will need to have proficiency for Training systems, fast learner and experience providing training to employees.

• Relationship-building

• Confidential nature capable and experienced in delivering training on systems

• Strong degree of emotion intelligence and interpersonal skills

• Energetic, enthusiastic individual with the ability to work in fast-paced environments

• High Attention and detailed oriented.

• English is a must
