Es s e nt i a l skills and experience:

 

- Education (degree of study): Professional career finished in engineering.

- Training (internal/external training):

Minimum: Induction, Procedures applicable to the position.

- Knowledge of EPICOR System

- Experience Minimum: 2 years in a similar position.

Optional: 1 year of experience in production areas.

- 70% English

 

 

Preferred skills and experience:

 

- Microsoft office management.

- Extensive knowledge of Inventory Control.

- Knowledge of FIFO (first in, first out system) maximums and minimums.

- Interpretation of transactions in the system EPICOR and tracking of movements and accounting adjustments.

- Participates in the planning of the company's Annual Physical Inventory.

- Analysis capacity.

 

Position responsibilities:

 

- Coordinates the physical counts of raw materials and finished product, partials, and sanding material.

- Comparison of counting results vs. E10 system.

- Analyze and investigate differences in inventories.

- Coordinates with the Materials area (Warehouse) in the assignment of FG shipments (Finished Goods) to the warehouse.

- Make inventory adjustments in the E10 system.

- Graphs the results of inventories and makes them known to Operations Management.

- Assists and gives support in the training of personnel under his charge.

- Communicate any change or problem in production and assist in the process.

- Subject to daily needs, extra time may be required.

- Monitors compliance with procedures and instructions to achieve quality goals.

- Complies with and enforces the organization's policies.

- Participate in continuous improvement.

- Other activities as required.
