The Transformation RPA Developer & Business Intelligence Analyst role focuses on driving the design, build, testing, and deployment of automation solutions with RPA tools, as well as dashboard design and development with BI tools based on a good understanding of business processes. As a key member of the Controllership Transformation Office, you will support automation projects across PMF Controllership teams by bringing innovation and exploring new technologies to drive efficiency and continuous improvement in Control processes. This role reports to Control Transformation Office Manager What will you be doing?

• Analysis and design of processes from an automation approach
• Designing process workflows; building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions with UiPath
• Staging and deploying the automation solution into test and live environments and provide post production support
• Support stakeholders by providing accurate and high-quality solutions driven by detailed visualizations for decision making
• Analyze, design, develop and implement business intelligence solutions based on business requirements using primarily Microsoft Power BI or similar solution
• Collaboration with cross-functional project teams and other various internal departments and stakeholders
• Develop user guides to educate users and train them as necessary
• Support and engage Senior Leader.

Qualifications Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 2+ Years of experience in automation projects using RPA and Business Intelligence tools
• Strong knowledge of UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Apss (desirable)
• Strong Analytical and Business Modelling skills
• Technical Development Skills in Power BI
• Ability to understand business needs and translate it to visualization solutions
• Passion for transformation, process optimization and continuous improvement
• English level: Business Conversational.
