As a Tech Support Agent - FIS | Express, you will provide timely technical assistance to customers, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, document cases accurately, and escalate complex problems. Your role is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and requires staying updated on product updates and industry trends.
🤖Responsibilities:
* Manage, process and resolve client requests in an accurate and timely manner.
* Provide excellent customer service through verbal and written communication.
* Focus on problem solving, on handling difficult and high-stress situations.
* Establish strong relationships with clients and colleagues to maintain fluid communication and encourage their retention.
* Work closely with internal and external partners
Requisitos mínimos:
🤸♀️ Hard Skills
* Advanced English (C1)
* 2-3 + years of experience working in a customer service tech support environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage internal and external relationships.
* Ability to establish lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
* High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
* It is valued to have completed university or technical studies.
* Salesforce or experience with CRMs.
* Troubleshooting for payment terminals and payment hardware like readers/swipers/customer facing displays, etc.
* Troubleshooting for POS stations + networking
* Preferable restaurant experience, if applicable.
🤗Soft Skills
* High customer service skills
* The basis for reconciliation/batching.
* Excellent customer relationship skills and a passion for achieving goals.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy to quickly de-escalate tense situations.
