What this job involves   

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Marketing Specialist to join our team: 

Location:   Lomas de Chapultepec, CDMX

Work schedule:   Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm

Work model:  Hibryd

 

This role is responsible for possess specialized knowledge in market penetration and lead generation, with a focus on developing an effective marketing strategy that identifies and targets untapped market segments.

 

What is your day to day?

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customer segments and understand their needs.

Develop and execute tailored marketing campaigns to attract new customer groups.

Collaborate closely with the region's Solution Development (SD) team and other revenue-generating professionals to align efforts and achieve the regional target of net new business.

Develop a strategic marketing plan, outlining the target customer segments, market positioning strategies, messaging, and marketing channels to maximize outreach and generate ROI.

Champion brand awareness initiatives, build stronger customer relationships, and establish a competitive advantage in the region.

Oversee market penetration efforts both in Mexico and the Greater Latin America region (GLA).

Measure and report the ROI generated through increased sales, expanded market presence, and improved brand value.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor Degree

Fluent English

Proven experience in market penetration strategies and lead generation.

Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret market dynamics and identify key trends.

Experience in creating and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
